The sales team at bafashion is a 10 man team focused on everything from marketing, to leads generation and sales conversion. Sales at bafashion happens online on our storefront and social media and also offline at any of our physical store locations. 

At sales, we work hard, real hard. we are bafashions most efficient team... we also play hard because we are cool like that.

Operations is the biggest team at bafashion. the team is divided into Fulfillments, General Operations and Production.

The fulfillment team is a 4 man team focused on managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders on schedule, accepting feedback and improving operations.

The General operations team is focused on the overall operational balance of the organization, new operations teams are also incubated here. This team functions under the direct supervision of the COO.

The production team as the name implies focuses on factory management, procurement and quality assurance.

The accounting team is a professional team that manages the organizations cashflow, audits and tax.
